The workspace

After you sign in, Applicairn is a single workspace: a sidebar, a reminders banner, and one main screen at a time.

The wordmark in the sidebar returns you to the dashboard.

Sidebar

Dashboard is the board of applications. The badge is the number of jobs in your account. Opening a job, or adding one, keeps this item highlighted because both belong to the same flow.

AI Review lists email the parser was not confident enough to apply on its own. The badge counts items still waiting.

Analytics is the funnel: volume, stage rates, and how applications move.

Settings opens your profile. The same area holds Quick Copy, resumes, and the rest of the account screens.

Under Library:

• Resume Library is the same screen as Settings → Resume Library.
• Get Started is the setup checklist.

Reminders

A banner across the workspace collects two kinds of items for applications that are still open:

• Interviews and assessments that are scheduled in the next seven days, and ones from the last 30 days that are still marked scheduled. A past meeting that was never updated is the “did this happen?” prompt.
• Follow-ups that are due, including ones due today.

Filter the banner to everything, today (including anything already overdue), tomorrow, or this calendar week. Each row links to the application. Interview rows can also open the meeting link when one was stored.

Signing out

Use the account control in the workspace to sign out. The extension will show a signed-out state until you sign in on the website again in that browser.
