Resume library

The resume library holds the PDF versions you send out, so each application can point at the file you actually used.

Open it from Resume Library in the sidebar or from Settings → Resume Library.

Upload

Choose Upload Resume and pick a PDF. The limit is 10 MB. Each file gets:

  • A name you can edit. This is the label in the library, separate from the file name.
  • The original filename.
  • Notes for yourself (fintech version, design experience cut). Notes are not sent to employers.
  • A used in count — how many applications reference this resume.
  • The date you added it.

Download a file any time. Replace uploads a new PDF onto the same library entry, which keeps the applications already pointing at it.

Default resume

One resume is the default. New applications can attach it without an extra choice. Set default moves that flag.

Deleting the default asks you to pick another default first, when you have more than one resume. Deleting your only resume is allowed; new applications then have no resume attached until you upload another.

On an application

The application page can record which resume went out with that job. That link is what Analytics and the library count use when you compare versions later. If you tailored a file for one role, upload it as its own library entry and attach that entry, so the “used in” count stays honest.
