Dashboard
The dashboard is the board. Each open application is a card in a stage column, and the counts across the top filter the board.
Counts
| Filter | What it shows |
|---|---|
| Active | Every application that is not closed. |
| In pipeline | Open applications in Talking, Interviewing, or Onsite. |
| Offers | Open applications in Offered. |
| Closed | Applications with a closed reason. The board itself stays empty for this filter; the count is the size of the closed set. |
| All | Every application, open and closed. |
Click a count to filter. Active and All both show the open cards on the board; Closed is the count of jobs that have left the board.
Columns
Cards sit in Saved, Applied, Talking, Interviewing, Onsite, or Offered.
Drag a card to another column when you want to place it yourself. That drag sets a stage override: the card stays where you put it, even if a later email would have suggested a different stage. Clear or change the stage on the application page when you want the automatic stage again.
Closed jobs leave the open columns. Set a closed reason — rejected, withdrawn, or declined — from the application when the search for that role is over. See Stages and outcomes.
Opening a card
A card shows the company, role, and enough of the stage to scan the board. Open it for the full record: fields, questions, notes, and activity. That page is documented in Application page.
