AI Review

AI Review is the queue of email suggestions that should not change an application until you say so.

Open it from the sidebar. The badge is the number of items still pending.

The queue

Filter the list:

FilterContents
Needs reviewPending suggestions. This is the default.
ResolvedItems you already confirmed, edited, or dismissed.
AllBoth groups.

Each row shows the message, the job it was matched to when there is one, the kind of update (invite, rejection, offer, and so on), and a confidence of high, medium, or low. High means the score was about 80% or above. Low means it was under about 50%.

What you can do

Confirm. Accept the suggestion. The timeline on that application gains the event, and the stage or the closed reason updates when the suggestion includes one.

Edit. Open the suggestion, fix the job, the time, the title, or the details, then save. The stored result is marked edited, which is still a resolved item.

Dismiss. Drop the suggestion. The email stays in the history of what was received, and the application does not change. You can restore a dismissed item if you closed it by mistake.

Nothing in the pending queue has been written onto the job yet. That is the point of the screen: confident mail can land on its own, and everything else waits here.

After you confirm

Open the application and check the activity timeline. An interview confirmation should show the meeting time and link. A rejection should show the communication and, once confirmed, the closed reason. If the column on the dashboard is still wrong, drag the card — that sets an override — or edit the stage on the application. See Stages and outcomes.
