Track

Application page

Open any card on the dashboard to see the full application: the header, the fields, the questions, your notes, and the activity timeline.

Click a value to edit it. Company, role, location, salary, links, priority, resume, and the applied date are all on this page.

The header shows the company, the role, the stage, salary, priority, and the date you applied. The stage pill uses your override when you have set one, and the derived stage otherwise. Closed jobs show the closed reason on the same pill.

Information

The information card is the structured record:

  • Posting URL, company URL, and apply URL
  • Location and salary
  • Priority, as one to five stars
  • The resume from your library
  • The applied date
  • A short note on the job

Empty fields are editable in place. External links open the posting or the application form.

Application questions

When capture found a form, the questions are listed here. Relevant questions are shown first. Show hidden reveals the rest, such as standard demographic or voluntary fields the parser set aside.

Draft an answer next to a question and it is saved on the job. Use the drafts as the copy you paste into the employer’s form. Applicairn does not submit the form for you.

If an apply link was captured and no questions were found, the card says so. You can still open the apply link and fill the form on the employer’s site.

Notes

Notes are a feed on the application, separate from the single note field in Information. Add a note when something happened that is not an email or an interview: a referral, a detail from a call, a reminder to yourself. Each note has a time. A note can be tied to an interview so it sits with that conversation.

Activity

The timeline is the history of the application, newest context alongside the record:

  • The job being created
  • Stage changes
  • Communications — email, phone, video, message, portal — with a direction and tags such as scheduling, follow-up, offer, or rejection
  • Interviews and assessments, including recruiter screens, hiring-manager screens, technical rounds, coding challenges, take-homes, and onsites
  • Offers
  • Outcome changes, including closing the role

Each interview or assessment can carry a meeting: start time, duration, link, and a status of scheduled, occurred, missed, or rescheduled. Upcoming and still-scheduled meetings also appear in the reminders banner described in The workspace.

Contacts found on a thread — recruiter, hiring manager, interviewer, coordinator — can be stored on the job with a name, email, role, and LinkedIn URL. They are attached to the events they belong to.

Entries that came from forwarded email show up here after you confirm them in AI Review, or immediately when the match was confident enough to apply.
