Introduction

Getting started

Applicairn is a job tracker that fills itself in. Paste a posting, forward a recruiter email, or capture the page you are already looking at.

Create an account

Sign up at applicairn.com and walk through the short setup checklist.

Add an application

Paste a job URL and review the company, role, location, and salary before you save.

Chrome extension

Capture the posting in the tab you already have open, including the application form.

Forwarding email

Send recruiter mail to your Applicairn address and review what it found.

The product is built around three jobs a spreadsheet does poorly: keeping the original posting, keeping the stage current as email arrives, and showing which parts of the search are actually working.

What you can do

Capture. Save a job from a URL on the site, or from the Chrome extension while you are on the posting. Applicairn reads the page for company, role, location, salary, and the application form when one is present. It also keeps a snapshot of the posting you saved.

Track. Every application lives on a board with a stage: Saved, Applied, Talking, Interviewing, Onsite, or Offered. Closed applications carry a reason — rejected, withdrawn, or declined. Recruiter email you forward in is read for interviews, offers, rejections, and other updates, then queued in AI Review when a person should confirm the result.

Understand. Analytics shows volume, conversion through each stage, average response time, and how applications move through the funnel. Windows cover the last two weeks through all time.

A first session

  1. Create an account at applicairn.com and confirm your email.
  2. Open Get Started and add the links you paste into every form — LinkedIn, portfolio, email, phone — under Quick Copy.
  3. Add an application from a job URL, or install the Chrome extension and save the tab you are on.
  4. Open the application, attach the resume you used, and set a priority.
  5. Copy your forwarding address and send recruiter replies there so the timeline stays current.

Your forwarding address is already waiting

Signing up creates a private address at process.applicairn.com. It shows up as a locked row in Quick Copy. Forward mail there; Applicairn matches it back to you.
