Quick Copy
Quick Copy is a personal list of labels and values — LinkedIn, portfolio, email, phone, a short blurb — that you can copy while you are filling out a form.
Open it from Settings → Quick Copy, from the top bar of the website, or from the Chrome extension panel. The same list is in all three places.
Add and edit
- Choose Add item.
- Click the label and type a short name (
LinkedIn,Portfolio,Phone). - Click the value and paste what you want copied.
- Drag the grip to reorder. The order is the order you see in the dropdown and in the extension.
Edits save as you leave the field. Remove an item with the delete control on its row.
The forwarding address is locked
One row is your Applicairn forwarding address. You can copy it and drag it, and you cannot edit or delete it. If you need a new address, that is an account change, not a Quick Copy edit. See Forwarding email.
What belongs here
Put anything you retype on Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby, and Workday forms:
- Profile URLs
- Email and phone
- Work authorization or location lines you reuse
- A one-line summary you paste into “why us” boxes as a starting point
Keep secrets out of this list. The values are there to be copied into other sites, and they are stored with your account.
